I sort of have 2 #throwbackthursday pieces today.
A few years back, I went to Norway and absolutely loved it. When I got home, I tried watercolours and I THINK it might have been my first attempt (second image). In 2017 I wrote “they’re so difficult! How on Earth do you not make a colourful blob?” Truer words.
Then I came back to it a year later and seemed to have just decided to go bonkers with the coloured pens. I for one, definitely prefer it!
I’m so grateful that I have these old posts to go back to – I just wished I’d scanned them in at the time!
What do you think of this style? Too much? Never too much?
