On The Fifth Day of Christmas…

pen, watercolour

On the fifth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, five gold rings 🏅

Last year I made a series of Bearded Collie cards but didn’t share them all (life was even crazier than this year).

This year, on the first 12 days of Christmas I’m going to finally share each design!

You can get a pack of 12 Christmas cards at my craft fair or by messaging directly, but they won’t be publicly available this year.

On The Third Day of Christmas…

On the third day of Christmas, three french hens 🐓

This one is one of my favourites. I think Casper, my parent’s puppy, would definitely chase hens on a farm.

On The First Day of Christmas…

I know I’ve posted some of these before, but I’ve not shared them all probably.

On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, a partridge in a pear tree 🌿

Hadleigh Christmas Craft Fair

Uncategorized

ATTENTION! This is the FINAL craft fair of the year!

The last craft fair at Lavenham was my best yet, so here’s hoping that we can end the year on a bang.

I’ll be winding things up slightly over the Christmas break and working on a few behind the scenes projects, but I’m sure I won’t be able to resist posting some festive photos.

If you’re in the area, please, please, please come and say hello!

Tis The Season

Uncategorized

Tis the season! 🎄
I for one have had a very festive weekend including putting the decorations up, Christmas shopping and a Sunday Roast.

“Are you kidding? It’s 7th November!”

That’s true, but hear me out. Last year, all of our Christmases were disrupted. Plans were changed, families missed and there was a general lack of cheer. So this year, I will absolutely be making up for it. Christmas is lasting at least 2 months for me.

So in the spirit of Christmas fun, why not come and see me at Lavenham Village Hall next Saturday! I’ll have the usual favourites and hopefully a few festive finds.

Really the question is, how Christmassy can my outfit be??

Inktober 2021 – Day 31

Challenges, Digital, inktober

Inktober is almost over for another year. Here’s a haunted house. The ghosts were getting ready for their annual Halloween party but

Happy Halloween! Here’s a cheesy Word-art-esque picture for your viewing pleasure.
We’re seeing some friends today and will then watch a film.

I’ve really enjoyed Inktober this year and, as always, I’ll be sad to see it go. I think that if I’m honest, I do prefer doing my Inktober entries using pen and ink, but it’s been a nice change doing digital pieces.
And now, it’s full-steam ahead to Christmas town!

Inktober 2021 – Day 30

Challenges, Digital, inktober

Inktober is almost over for another year. Here’s a haunted house. The ghosts were getting ready for their annual Halloween party but preparation has been crashed by some uninvited zombie guests. Typical, right?

Inktober 2021 – Day 29

Challenges, Digital, inktober

You may not know this, but I’m a HUGE Sparks fan. I try to see them every time they perform in the UK and am always excited to hear about a new project.

This makes me slightly ashamed to say that I still haven’t seen the Sparks brothers documentary (don’t worry, I’ve already seen Annette and loved it). Finally, today is the day where I’ll be watching Edgar Wright’s documentary and I am SO excited.

Here’s my best Ron Mael attempt, hopefully, looking as dramatic as possible.
