Here we go!
I started it on the train home but there was waaay too much movement so it just wasn’t working. Again, today was a no-coliur piece. Yesterday I wasn’t totally happy with the bark, and when I hear the word “crooked” I immediately think of a creepy autumn tree, so I thought it was a good chance to practice. I’m still not really happy with it, but it’ll do for my entry today.
Happy Sunday everyone! I hope you’re all relaxing and drinking endless tea.
I really like how well you draw trees. I’m quite jealous as this is something I struggle with.

Thank you! We all have different strengths. Trees are one of the few things I feel relatively confident in, but only because I’ve focused on practising those especially. I want to get better at buildings and more realistic figures (slouching etc.)

🙂 Yes practice is very important and that’s something I should really work on. Hopefully the inktober challenge will get me into the habit of drawing more often thus improving my skills 🙂
