Miss Fisher, the lizard queen.

The title is a reference to the first attempt of this drawing that looked like a drug fuelled lizard woman.

Progress so far is an improvement from the lizard lady version though I know there’s lots to work on, like the jaw and mouth and eyes and…well everything really. But hey, faces are hard so, all practise helps.

  1. I discovered this show a few years ago when I started spending a huge amount of my time on the couch in front of the TV. It’s good to see a female lead in such a dynamic role.
    I know the show is based in Australia but I think it fits in nicely with the British tradition of mystery shows that I’ve always watched.
    You’ve done a good job of capturing her likeness 👍 🙂

    1. Thank you! I actuator find drawing really quite boring (at least compared to everything else you could use). But I’m glad to have had the practise. They’re making a Miss Fisher film which I’m SO excited about!
